Functional Fitness classes focus on functional cardio movement and strength patterns designed to increase daily living activities. We emphasize technique and safety while improving cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, agility, speed, coordination, balance, and accuracy.
Saturdays at 8am, our community focuses on team building while enjoying a great workout. These workouts are FREE to our members.
